We use your information to provide and personalize the Santa video call experience, process payments, send booking confirmations and reminders, and deliver recorded videos if purchased.

Video Recordings

Call recordings, if purchased, are stored securely and accessible only to you. Recordings are retained for 90 days after which they are permanently deleted unless you download them.
