Description of Service

CallSantaClaus.ai provides interactive video call experiences between children and a virtual Santa Claus character powered by AI technology. Our Service includes: • Live video calls with an AI-powered Santa avatar • Personalized conversations based on information provided by parents • Optional call recordings for an additional fee • Nice List certificates and wishlist capture The Service is for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the fulfillment of any wishes or requests made during calls.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Refund Policy: • Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled call • Full refund if technical issues on our end prevent the call from occurring • No refund for missed appointments or late arrivals • Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion for service quality issues Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect already-booked sessions.

User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to: • Provide accurate information about yourself and your child • Ensure a suitable environment for the video call (working camera/microphone, quiet space) • Supervise children during all video calls • Not attempt to misuse, manipulate, or abuse the Service • Not record, redistribute, or commercially use any content without permission • Not attempt to make the Santa character say inappropriate content We reserve the right to terminate sessions that violate these guidelines without refund.

Limitation of Liability

CallSantaClaus.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for: • Technical difficulties including internet connectivity issues on your end • Any emotional reactions (positive or negative) children may have • Delays or interruptions in service • Loss of data or recordings • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CallSantaClaus.ai are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission • Use our trademarks or branding without written consent • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code • Create derivative works based on our Service Purchased recordings are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to: • Modify these Terms at any time with notice posted on our website • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms • Discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with any changes, please discontinue use of the Service.
